- Examine the VA's utilization of pharmacists in video-based telehealth prior to COVID-19
- Distinguish Telehealth policies in the District of Columbia after COVID-19
- Interpret collaborative grant opportunities in the District of Columbia supportive of Telehealth
- Compare and Contrast various Telepharmacy practices and the role of Pharmacists
- Distinguish Telepharmacy operational workflow considerations in ambulatory and community practice settings
- Demonstrate general Best Practices for Pharmacists regarding telehealth video conferencing
- Illustrate methods of increased patient engagement during a telehealth encounter
