  • Distinguish Telehealth policies in the District of Columbia after COVID-19
  • Interpret collaborative grant opportunities in the District of Columbia supportive of Telehealth
  • Compare and Contrast various Telepharmacy practices and the role of Pharmacists
  • Distinguish Telepharmacy operational workflow considerations in ambulatory and community practice settings
  • Demonstrate general Best Practices for Pharmacists regarding telehealth video conferencing
  • Illustrate methods of increased patient engagement during a telehealth encounter
